Michelle, I am so sorry for your loss. Thank-you for your bravery in sharing what happened to your beautiful son Jack. I was unaware of the risk of shallow water death but over the holidays my kids, like yours, were also doing underwater laps of our home pool holding their breath, seeing who could go the furthest. As you say, just having fun without any of us realizing the potential danger. Thank-you for bringing this issue out into the public arena – you have saved many lives. Angela
